Returns and Exchanges
・We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
・In cases of incorrect items due to our error, or damage/breakage during shipping, we will accept returns/exchanges.
We will bear the shipping costs. Please contact us within 8 days of the product's arrival and return the item using a trackable shipping method such as a courier service, with shipping charges to be paid by us upon delivery.
To prevent accidents, please refrain from returning items via standard mail.
Return and Exchange Procedure
Contact for Returns/Exchanges
Please contact us by email within 8 days of receiving your item, including the following information. We will then provide you with instructions for returning the item.

- Your Name
- Order Number
- Product Name
- Quantity
- Date of Product Receipt
- Size (if applicable)
- Reason for Return/Exchange
- For returns, please provide refund destination (bank name, branch name, account number*)
*We cannot process refunds to accounts with a different name than the orderer.
Confirmation from us
After reviewing your email, we will send you an email with instructions on where and how to return the item.
Return the product
Within one week of receiving our confirmation email, please place the item, warranty, and all other contents in a box and return it to us using a trackable shipping method that provides a shipping receipt.
Product confirmation and notification of accepted return/exchange
After confirming the returned product, if there are no issues, we will send you an email notifying you that the return/exchange has been accepted. We will then proceed with the refund or arrange for the product exchange.
Refund or Arrangement of Replacement Product
【For Returns】
・If you used bank transfer, we will refund the product price to your designated account from "K.K. O'Hara Pearl" within 5 business days after notifying you of accepted return.
(Transfer fees will be borne by the customer.)
・If you used credit card payment, we will process the refund with your credit card company within 5 business days after notifying you of accepted return.
The timing of the refund varies depending on the credit card company, so please contact your credit card company for details.
【For Exchanges】
After notifying you of accepted exchange, we will arrange for the product exchange.
Please note that exchanges may take about 4 weeks to arrange.
Once the shipping process for the exchanged product is complete,
we will send you an email notification of shipment completion.
Cancellations
As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations for products that have not yet been delivered. Please be aware of this in advance.
