Pearl Care and Handling Precautions
Pearls are soft and delicate gemstones.
They are susceptible to sweat, perfume, and hair care products, so after wearing, wipe them with a soft cloth and store them separately to avoid contact with other hard gemstones.
When wearing, please also be careful of extremely strong sunlight, heat, and dryness.
We recommend professional maintenance, such as cleaning, every two to three years.
Maintenance Service
If a pearl comes off within three months of the receipt date, we will reattach it free of charge. However, if the detached pearl is lost, a fee will be charged.
This free service is only applicable when you bring or send the item to our stores in Japan.
The return shipping cost within Japan will be borne by us.
Round-trip shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and insurance fees for international shipments will be borne by the customer.
*Please note that we cannot offer refinishing due to the nature of pearls.
*Maintenance other than the above will generally be charged.
How to Use the Maintenance Service
To request maintenance, please send an email with the following information to express your intention to use the service.
・Your Name
・Product Name
・Product Order Date
・Type of Maintenance
We will review your email and contact you regarding the return address and return method for your item.
Within one week of receiving our confirmation email, please return the item along with a memo detailing the maintenance request, using a trackable method such as Letter Pack.
[For Free Maintenance]
Upon arrival, we will inspect the item's condition. If there are no issues, we will arrange for maintenance.
[For Paid Maintenance]
If the maintenance is paid, we will provide you with an estimate. Once we receive your email confirming acceptance of the estimated amount, we will proceed with arranging the maintenance.
Maintenance typically takes 3-4 weeks after product inspection. Thank you for your understanding.
Once maintenance is complete and the item is ready for delivery to you, we will send you an email notification of the completion of the delivery process.
*Delivery of maintained items will be made using an uninsured method. Please be aware of this in advance.
Disclaimer
・Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when sending items to us for maintenance services.
・If the item is difficult to repair due to an accident or customer handling, we may not be able to accept it.
・If deformation or distortion has occurred, complete repair may not be possible depending on the condition.
・The maintenance service does not guarantee the complete identicality of the item before and after implementation.
・We are not liable for normal wear and tear or deformation that may occur to the item as a result of the maintenance service.
・In the event of damage or loss due to our negligence during the repair service,
we will refund the product price and shipping costs or provide a replacement.
・Processed items are not eligible for return or exchange.
・Items processed by other companies are not eligible for return, exchange, or maintenance.
・We do not accept reform requests for products from other companies.
・Commercial maintenance will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
