● About Specifying Delivery Date and Time
All packages are delivered by Yamato Transport. If you wish to specify a delivery date, please write your desired date and time in the "Remarks" field when placing your order. We will accommodate your request as much as possible.

● About Shipping Notifications
Once your package has been shipped, we will send you a shipping notification and a "tracking number" via email. You can also check the delivery status on Yamato Transport's website.

● About Yamato Transport's "Delivery to Sales Office"
If you are unable to receive your package at home, you can pick it up at a convenient sales office. After confirming the sales office, please enter the designated sales office name and address in the "Shipping Address" field on the cart page when placing your order.
● About Redelivery in Case of Absence, etc.
If you are absent when your product is delivered, a redelivery notice will be placed in your mailbox. Please be sure to request redelivery within 6 days from the date of the notice.
In the unlikely event that you do not contact the listed contact within the period, or due to unavoidable circumstances such as an unknown address, the product will be returned to our company. In case of redelivery, we will charge a separate return shipping fee and redelivery fee.
Please note that in cases of long-term absence or refusal to receive after shipping is completed, we may refuse subsequent orders or reshipment.
● Compensation for Theft, Loss, Damage During Domestic Shipping
All OHARA PEARL products delivered via domestic shipping are insured, and compensation will be provided in the event of theft, loss, or damage. Please feel at ease while waiting for your valuable product to arrive.
About International Shipping
International shipments are delivered via FedEx (international shipping service).

*Any customs duties incurred will be borne by the customer.
*We are not responsible for any accidents or losses during international postal delivery.
*We refuse delivery to areas where the safety of the product during transit cannot be guaranteed.
About Delivery Notes
Delivery notes for your order will, in principle, be included with the product.
If you do not wish for it to be included, please be sure to notify us when placing your order. We will send the delivery note data (PDF file) to the orderer via email in the "Shipping Notification" email.
