*All lead times begin once payment is completed. For bank transfers, they begin after payment has been confirmed.

Shipping Within JapanDomestic
All domestic orders are delivered by Yamato Transport. If you would like to choose a delivery date and time, please enter it in the “Notes” field when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

- 19:00–21:00
Once your order has shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. You can check the delivery status on the Yamato Transport website.
If you are unable to receive your package at home, you can pick it up at a Yamato Transport office of your choice. Please enter the office name and address as the shipping address on the cart page when placing your order.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. Please request redelivery within 6 days of the notice.
If we do not hear from you within this period, or if the package cannot be delivered for unavoidable reasons such as an unknown address, it will be returned to us. Return and redelivery shipping fees will be charged for any redelivery.
Please note that in cases of prolonged absence or refusal to accept a package after shipment, we may decline future orders or reshipment.
All OHARA PEARL items shipped within Japan are covered in the unlikely event of theft, loss or damage during delivery. You can look forward to the arrival of your jewelry with peace of mind.
International ShippingWorldwide
International orders are shipped via FedEx. You can track your shipment on the FedEx website.
We will contact you with the shipping cost once it is confirmed, and your order will be shipped after payment is received. Estimated costs are as follows.
- Standard: ¥20,000–25,000
- With insurance: around ¥40,000

*Any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country or region are the responsibility of the customer.
*We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss in transit. With insured shipping, coverage is provided by the carrier’s insurance, within its terms.
*We may be unable to ship to certain regions where safe delivery cannot be ensured.

An invoice is included with your order as standard. If you would prefer not to have it enclosed, please let us know when placing your order, and we will send it as a PDF attachment with your shipping confirmation email.
