About returned goods exchange

・We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience.

・We will accept returns or exchanges in the event that the product is incorrect due to our mistake, or if the product is soiled or damaged during delivery.
We will cover the shipping cost. Please contact us within 8 days from the date of arrival of the product and return it by a traceable mailing method such as courier or cash on delivery.
To prevent accidents, please refrain from returning items by ordinary mail.

Return/exchange procedure
