How to handle Akoya pearls, precautions for use
Pearls are soft and delicate gemstones.
Since it is vulnerable to sweat, perfume, hair care products, etc., wipe it with a soft cloth after use, and store it separately from other hard jewelry so as not to bump into it.
When wearing, please be careful of extremely strong sunlight, heat, and dryness. We recommend professional maintenance such as cleaning once every 2 to 3 years.
We offer free resizing and repair within ±3 sizes for one year from the date of receipt.
*Please note that some products such as full eternity rings cannot be resized due to the nature of the design.
If the pearl falls off within 3 months from the date of receipt, we will reapply it free of charge. However, please note that there will be a charge if you lose the pearl you got.

Procedure for using the maintenance service
1. Maintenance request contact

3. Sending of desired products for maintenance

4. Product confirmation

After the product arrives, we will check the condition of the product, and if there are no problems, we will arrange maintenance.
[For paid maintenance]
In the case of paid maintenance, we will inform you of the estimate. After receiving an email from the customer confirming the estimated price, we will arrange the maintenance.
5. Delivery after completion of maintenance
After confirming the product, maintenance will take about 3 to 4 weeks. note that. Once the maintenance is complete and the delivery procedure to the customer has been completed, we will notify you by e-mail that the delivery procedure has been completed.
* Products that have undergone maintenance will be delivered by a non-compensatory method. Thank you for your understanding.
・Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending products to us for maintenance services.
・If the product is difficult to repair due to an accident or handling by the customer, we may not be able to accept it.

・During repair service, if the product is damaged or lost due to our negligence other than normal wear and deformation,

・We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have undergone processing such as repairs using this service.
