How to handle Akoya pearls and precautions for use
Pearls are soft and delicate gemstones.
Because it is sensitive to sweat, perfume, and hair care products, wipe it dry with a soft cloth after use and store it separately from other hard gemstones to avoid them coming into contact with each other.
When wearing this product, please be careful of exposure to strong sunlight, heat, and dryness. We recommend having your product professionally cleaned and maintained every 2 to 3 years.
Maintenance Services
If the pearl falls off within 3 months of receiving the item, we will replace it for free. However, please note that if you lose the pearl, there will be a fee.
*Due to the nature of pearls, we are unable to provide a new finish.
*Maintenance other than the above will generally be charged.
Procedures for using the maintenance service

1. Contact us for your maintenance request

To apply for maintenance, please send us an email with the contact information below and let us know you would like to receive the service.

2. We will contact you to confirm

We will check the contents of your email and inform you of the return address and method for the product.

3. Send the product you wish to have maintenance done

Please return the product within one week of receiving the confirmation email from us, along with a note detailing the product and maintenance details, using a traceable method such as Letter Pack.

4. Check the product

[In the case of free maintenance]
After receiving the product, we will check the condition of the product and if there are no particular problems, we will arrange for maintenance.
[In the case of paid maintenance]
If paid maintenance is required, we will provide you with a quote. After receiving your approval of the quote via email, we will make arrangements for the maintenance.

5. Delivery after completion of maintenance

Please note that maintenance will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks after the product has been inspected. Once maintenance is complete and shipping procedures have been completed, we will notify you by email that the shipping procedures have been completed.
*Please note that the delivery of the maintained products will be made without compensation.
Disclaimer
- Customers will be responsible for shipping costs when sending products to us for maintenance service.
- If the product is difficult to repair due to an accident or mishandling by the customer, we may not be able to accept your request.
- If there is deformation or distortion, complete repair may not be possible depending on the condition.
- The maintenance service does not guarantee complete identity of the product before and after the service.
- We are not liable for any wear and tear or deformation that may normally occur to products during maintenance services.

We will either replace the product or refund the purchase price of the product and any shipping charges you have incurred for this service.
・We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been altered or altered using this service.
・If our products have been processed by another company, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges for those products. In addition, they will not be covered by our maintenance service.
・We do not accept renovations using customer items (products from other companies).
