All packages will be delivered by Yamato Transport. If you would like to specify a delivery date, please write your desired date and time in the "Notes" section when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

*Delivery dates and times may be subject to natural disasters, traffic conditions, etc., and in some areas such as remote islands, we may not be able to accommodate your request due to delivery circumstances.

●About Yamato Transport's "office stop"

If you are unable to pick up your package at home, you can pick it up at a convenient office. After confirming the business office, please enter the designated business office name and business address in the "Delivery address" field on the cart page when placing your order.
If you wish to have your bill stopped at a business office, please select "Use a different billing address" in the "Billing address" field and enter your address.


●Re-delivery, etc. in case of absence

If you are not present at the time of delivery of the product, a notice of absence will be mailed to your mailbox. Please be sure to request redelivery to the office listed on the Absence Notification Form within 6 days of the mailing date.

In the unlikely event that we cannot contact you at the contact information listed within the period, or in the case of unavoidable circumstances such as the address being unknown, the product will be returned to us. In the case of re-delivery, the return shipping fee and re-delivery fee will be charged separately.

Please note that if you are absent for a long period of time or refuse to receive the item after it has been shipped, we may refuse to place your order again or reship the item.


●Compensation for theft, loss, damage, etc. during domestic delivery

All OHARA products delivered domestically are insured, and even in the unlikely event of theft, loss, or damage, we will compensate the product. Please wait with peace of mind until your important item arrives.

*Excluding cases of repair and maintenance.
*For products worth 300,000 yen or less, compensation is required at the limit set by each transportation company and is included in the shipping fee. For products exceeding 300,000 yen, we will provide optional transportation insurance.


About shipping overseas

*Due to the global situation, Japan Post has temporarily suspended EMS acceptance in some areas and has announced significant delays in shipping.*

For international shipping services, the actual cost will be borne by the customer.


Overseas deliveries will be made via EMS (International Express Mail).
Once your package has been shipped, we will notify you of the shipment and your "inquiry number" via email. You can also check the delivery status on the Japan Post website.
