● About Yamato Transport's "office stop"

Customers who cannot pick up their parcels at home can pick them up at a convenient office. After confirming the sales office, please enter the designated sales office name and sales office address in the cart page "delivery address" when ordering.

●Regarding redelivery in case of absence

If you were absent when the product was delivered, an absence contact form will be posted to your mailbox. Please be sure to request redelivery within 6 days from the date of posting to each sales office listed in the absence contact form.

In the unlikely event that you are unable to contact us within the specified period, or if there are unavoidable circumstances such as an unknown address, the product will be returned to us. In the case of re-delivery, the return shipping fee and re-delivery fee will be charged separately.

Please note that if you are absent for a long time after the shipment is completed or if you refuse to receive it, we may refuse to place another order or resend it.

Compensation for theft, loss, damage, etc. during domestic delivery

All OHARA products delivered by domestic shipping are insured, and even in the unlikely event of theft, loss, or damage, we will compensate the product. Please wait with peace of mind until the arrival of your important product.

*For products priced at 300,000 yen or less, each transportation company is obligated to provide compensation within the specified limit amount, which is included in the shipping fee. For products exceeding 300,000 yen, we will provide optional transportation insurance.

About overseas delivery

Free shipping is available for overseas purchases of 200,000 yen or more in Asia and 300,000 yen or more in other regions. If the purchase amount is less than the total amount, you will be charged an additional shipping fee, so please contact us individually.

International shipping will be delivered by EMS (international speed mail).
Once your package has been shipped, we will notify you of the shipment and an "inquiry number" by email. You can also check the delivery status on the Japan Post website.
