After graduating from the Faculty of Economics at Kyoto University in 2007 and obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Graduate School of Business Administration at Kyoto University in 2009, he joined Morgan Stanley Securities Co., Ltd., where he worked in corporate sales for listed and unlisted companies.
He then transferred to Merrill Lynch Japan Securities in 2014 and was promoted to vice president in the fixed income department. In January 2017, while still employed at the company, he launched the moissanite jewelry brand Brillar, and in December of the same year, established Brillar Inc. , becoming its president and representative director.
In 2020, she launched the pearl high jewelry brand OHARA. In April 2021, she established OHARA Pearl Co., Ltd.
